Tune In 2 Your Gratitude

Hello Tune In 2 Lifers;

I hope you all had a great week so far. Have you had a chance to start your gratitude lists yet? It is alright if you haven’t, but I really think it helps. By writing a list of all of the things you are grateful for you legitimize your wealth (emotional and financial). Let’s face it there are times when we feel down or maybe downright desperate. Our list helps us remember we have a lot to be grateful for and reminds us to not feel so desperate.

I have not quite figured it all out as of yet but here is what I have discovered…feelings of desperation only push more of the things we want away and attract the things we do not. The sooner you can shake off feelings of desperation/worry/fears the faster you will attract your desires.

In hard times it is easy to feel desperate; I know I have been there. But one thing I know is that the “being there” is more a state of mind then a permanent condition as long as you can change your mind. If you can Tune In 2 your gratitude you can shed the anxiety of desperation.

Tuning In

To Tune In 2 your gratitude, pull out your list and look at each thing on the list and fill yourself up with feelings of gratitude. Smile. Yes, smile as big as you can and look at your list as all if it is a list of all of your treasures. (It is a list of your treasures). Even if it is small list, or the items on it seem small. I know I am grateful for a hot shower or a hot cup of tea in the morning.

But I am going to assume that you want more then what is on the list. Am I right? Then feel gratitude for all the things on your list and then tell yourself that this is just the beginning. By realizing that this list is merely your current perception of “being there,” you can ask for more knowing that there is more for you to have.

The trick is to be grateful for all that you have right now in this moment.

Share what you are grateful for below or on our Facebook page. You might just help someone else Tune In 2 their gratitude.

Stay Tuned In,
